This class teaches you the principles of Pilates; concentration, centering, control, breathing, precision and flow. You will learn how to move with good alignment and body mechanics. Ideally you would take the fundamentals from this class into every other class.

In-person

First half hour - warm up, joint mobilisations, muscle lengthening and activation

​

Second half hour - high energy, equipment based circuit training

 

If you can, please bring your own mat and wear trainers. However, Sophie always has a few spare mats

This fast paced 30 minute class is based on a method of training called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn body fat and develop lean muscle. Be prepared to sweat!
